About the Role

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. The role emphasizes professional growth and accountability in delivering quality nursing services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care activities
• Adhere to organizational policies and procedures
• Ensure high standards of nursing practice

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Current Georgia RN licensure or multistate license (NLC/eNLC)
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
• Hospital experience and one year of hospital work desirable (new graduates eligible)
• Advanced certifications in specialty areas are a plus
