RN Navigator - Shared Infusion

Role Summary The Oncology Nurse Navigator (ONN) is a registered nurse who provides consistent support throughout the cancer care continuum. They assess and address the physical, psychological, and social needs of patients and their families, offering interventions and referrals as necessary. The primary objectives are to educate and empower patients, reduce stress related to diagnosis and treatment decisions, and facilitate treatment completion and survivorship planning. Qualified candidates must hold an Oregon RN license, BLS certification, and have at least three years of oncology experience. Preferred qualifications include case management or clinical trial nurse experience, with certification as an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) within 18 months. This role involves patient-focused, whole-person care within a supportive, inclusive environment, emphasizing teamwork and professional growth.
