RN Navigator - Oncology Clinic

About the role

The Oncology Clinic at Sanford Health is seeking a RN Navigator to join our dynamic team. This role is a full-time position with a shift of 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Establishes relationships inside the clinic and with outside facilities.
• Enhances patient flow and promotes care through communication and early intervention.
• Screens distress and manages side effects.
• Coordinates genomic testing and patient education.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Current RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
• Required to obtain and maintain department-specific competencies and certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program within one year of hire with a completion date within three years upon date of hire into position.
• May be eligible for a waiver of the bachelor’s degree requirement based on market considerations.
