Nurse Navigator - Oncology Clinic

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert, coordinate patient care across multiple settings
• Perform the nursing process, promote patient-centered care
• Support program growth
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in performance improvement
• Mentor colleagues
• Stay updated on advancements in oncology care
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards
• Contribute to data collection and evidence-based practice

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience, with 2 years in disease-specific or outpatient care preferred
• Requires RN licensure, BLS certification
• Strong critical thinking, time management, and emergency response skills
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred
