RN - Mother Baby FT/Nights

Role: Provides comprehensive patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring patient rights, confidentiality, and adherence to standards. Responsibilities: Evaluates care effectiveness, coordinates with other departments, and maintains professional accountability. Works in a specialized Mother-Baby Unit serving postpartum mothers, newborns, and antepartum patients, requiring critical assessment and understanding of physiologic and pathophysiologic processes. Qualifications & Skills: Nursing license with 1+ years of RN experience preferred. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills are essential. Key Duties: Work 12-hour shifts (day and night), including alternating weekends and holidays, providing patient-centered care in a 24/7 unit.
