RN - Mother Baby FT/Nights

Join a dedicated nursing team providing specialized maternal and newborn care Role Overview Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient-centered care, ensuring patient rights, confidentiality, and professional accountability. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and evaluate the quality of services provided. Maintain adherence to mission, values, and service standards. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for mothers and newborns on a 50-bed Mother-Baby Unit.Perform critical assessments, develop care plans, and monitor patient progress.Provide support for postpartum mothers, stable antepartum patients, and newborns, including those with diagnoses like PIH, PROM, and Gestational Diabetes.Work 12-hour shifts, including alternating weekends and holidays, in a specialized obstetric setting. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) license.Experience in maternal/newborn or similar unit preferred.Strong assessment, critical thinking, and physiologic understanding.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
