About the role
Provides nursing care in a high-energy Mother Baby unit specializing in Obstetrics and Well Newborn Care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Support lactation services
- Circulate cases independently within the unit, which includes diverse patient rooms and surgical suites
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Hold a current RN license
- Meet state requirements
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds
- Perform prolonged standing and walking
- Execute various physical movements
- Certifications in NRP and BLS required
- Other certifications acquired as needed

- Strong clinical skills in obstetrics, newborn care, and surgical circulation

- Knowledge of lactation consultation is a plus
