RN Mom Baby Night Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse in the Women and Infants specialty, providing direct patient care on a Mother/Baby Unit including Labor & Delivery, Birth Center, Women’s Care, and NICU. Responsibilities: Utilize top-of-scope nursing practices, prioritize patient safety, contribute to quality outcomes, and support a multidisciplinary team. Model proficiency through precepting and promote evidence-based, patient-centered care based on standards such as AWHONN and AACN. Participate in individualized education and competency validation. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, valid RN licensure, and relevant certifications such as NRP, ACLS, and BLS. Minimum of 6 months Women and Infants RN experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program. Ability to work night shifts and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
