About the Role

Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary Mother Baby Unit, utilizing top-of-scope nursing practice and following evidence-based standards.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize patient wellness and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care.
• Model proficiency through precepting and mentoring.
• Deliver specialized care in units such as Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women's Care, and NICU, guided by AWHONN and AACN standards.
• Support ongoing education and promote professional growth.
• Adhere to safety and quality protocols.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 6 months of Women and Infants nursing experience or completion of a fellowship.
• Certifications: BLS, NRP, and ACLS (if applicable).
