Responsibilities

• Documents patient care accurately, including drug allergies, lab data, diagnostic tests, and patient education.
• Maintains a clean, safe patient environment and ensures proper use and documentation of supplies and equipment.
• Collaborates with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Assesses, develops, implements, and evaluates comprehensive care plans with a multidisciplinary team in collaboration with patients and families.
• Conducts thorough assessments of patients' goals, biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and discharge planning needs using hospital resources.
• Acts as a liaison to post-hospital care providers and community health resources.

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Experience

• 2+ years of Women's Services (Labor and Delivery or Couplet) experience [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) [Required]
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Preferred]
• S.T.A.B.L.E. Certification [Preferred]
