About the Role
Provides direct patient care in a Med/Surg Stroke unit, utilizing top-of-scope nursing practices within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, safe, and effective nursing care focused on patient wellness and safety.
- Prioritize patient needs and participate in care planning and implementation.
- Precept and mentor new healthcare team members to promote professional growth.
- Contribute to a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment, supporting secure safety and quality at the point of care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or approved by the state board.
- Current RN licensure and a minimum of 6 months nursing experience.
- NIHSS certification within 6 months of hire and BLS certification prior to start.
Schedule
Onsite role working night shifts.
Pay
Pay range based on experience, including night shift incentives.
