About the role
This full-time night RN position in the Surgical Specialties Unit involves providing direct patient care in a high-acuity MedSurg environment.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver top-tier care
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Prioritize patient wellness
- Model proficiency through precepting
- Contribute to safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- Must have a state RN license
- BLS certification
- At least 6 months of RN experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred
- Knowledge of evidence-based care models and specialty certifications is advantageous
