RN MedSurg Nights

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in a specialty Acute Care (MedSurg) unit with moderate to high acuity, utilizing the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team approach. Responsibilities: Prioritizes wellness, evidence-based practice, and patient safety; models proficiency through precepting new staff; supports secure safety and quality at the point of care; contributes to positive patient outcomes. Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program, RN licensure, and at least 6 months of nursing experience. Must hold current BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross, with certification valid through sixty days of hire.
