Role Overview: This full-time night shift RN position is based in an acute care Medical-Surgical unit, providing direct patient care utilizing the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, patient-centered care, safety, and quality improvements. Responsibilities include: Delivering high-quality nursing care, prioritizing patient wellness, precepting new staff, and contributing to a safe clinical environment. The position involves working with moderate to high acuity patients, following core and specialty standards, and supporting team collaboration to achieve optimal outcomes. Qualifications And Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s preferred.Current RN licensure and BLS certification.Minimum 6 months RN experience.Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills, with a focus on evidence-based practice and patient safety.
