About the Role

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care within organizational policies and procedures
• Coordinate and oversee patient care activities of assigned staff
• Maintain professional standards and demonstrate accountability
• Support patient recovery and safety through effective nursing practices

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• No experience required; new graduates are eligible
• Hospital experience preferred, with 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN roles
• Active RN license in Georgia or multi-state licensure (Required)
• BCLS certification (Required)
• Advanced certifications in specialty areas optional
