Role Overview: The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Key Responsibilities Deliver quality patient care within organizational policies and procedures. Coordinate and oversee patient care activities of assigned staff. Maintain professional growth and accountability. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferred. No experience required; new graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred. Valid Georgia RN license or multistate license required. BCLS certification mandatory; advanced certifications desirable.
