Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Monitor patient conditions
• Coordinate care plans
• Document assessments and interventions
• Afford patients and communicate with families and care providers
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives
• Mentor peers
• Uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards
• Support shared governance and organizational goals

Qualifications & Skills

• Associates, Diploma, or Bachelor’s in Nursing
• Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact)
• BLS certification
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to professional growth and standards
