Role: The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Responsibilities: They function within organizational policies, demonstrate professional growth, maintain practice standards, and coordinate patient care activities for quality outcomes. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferred.No experience required; new graduates are eligible; hospital experience is a plus.Current Georgia RN license or multistate licensure required.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Advanced certifications in specialized fields are advantageous.
