RN - Medical Unit - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) on the 4E General Medical Unit, providing patient care in Arlington Heights, IL. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and gather health data involving patients, families, and healthcare teams.Coordinate and implement individualized care plans ensuring interventions are safe, effective, and timely.Communicate clearly with patients, families, and team members through various channels.Deliver tailored patient and family education based on thorough assessments.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Valid nursing license in Illinois.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
