Registered Nurse - Medical Unit - Night Shift

Position: RN - 4E General Medical Unit Location: Arlington Heights, IL Hours: 7:00pm - 7:30am, every other weekend Responsibilities: Perform patient assessments and gather health data involving patients, families, and healthcare team members.Coordinate and implement patient care plans ensuring safety, appropriateness, and timeliness.Communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and in writing.Provide individualized patient and family education based on thorough assessments.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practices.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations.Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered care environment. Qualifications & Skills: Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited nursing school.Current Illinois nursing license.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.Strong communication, assessment, and care coordination skills.Commitment to professional development and quality care.
