Registered Nurse - Medical Unit - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) on the 4E General Medical Unit, providing patient care in Arlington Heights, IL. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and gather health data involving patients, families, and healthcare team members.Develop and coordinate individualized care plans to ensure safe, effective, and timely interventions.Communicate clearly with patients, families, and team members through various channels.Provide tailored patient and family education based on individual needs.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited institution.Active nursing license in Illinois.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
