RN - Medical Surgical - Fulltime - Night Shift

Role Overview: We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a multi-campus care team dedicated to delivering personalized, evidence-based patient care. Key Responsibilities: Own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, ensuring top clinical outcomes.Build meaningful connections with patients and families, respecting their values and care goals.Foster a safe, collaborative environment and contribute to team engagement and performance improvement projects.Lead and participate in evidence-based practice, research, and patient safety initiatives.Plan and manage resources effectively across the patient care journey to enhance experiences and reduce readmissions. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS required.2+ years recent Med Surg experience and familiarity with data entry, Epic, and 3M systems preferred.Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, time management, and tech skills.
