RN - Medical Surgical - Fulltime - Night Shift

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a multi-campus care team dedicated to delivering personalized, evidence-based patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, ensuring top clinical outcomes.
• Build meaningful connections with patients and families, respecting their values and care goals.
• Foster a safe, collaborative environment and contribute to team engagement and performance improvement projects.
• Lead and participate in evidence-based practice, research, and patient safety initiatives.
• Plan and manage resources effectively across the patient care journey to enhance experiences and reduce readmissions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS required.
• 2+ years recent Med Surg experience and familiarity with data entry, Epic, and 3M systems preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, time management, and tech skills.
