Medical Surgical RN (Full-Time, Night Shift)

Role Overview Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participates in activities to ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development. Key Responsibilities Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with clear goals in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.Assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural backgrounds.Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate patient conditions and ensure comprehensive care delivery.Maintains safety standards, adhering to protocols and working alertly to ensure a safe environment. Qualifications & Skills Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (RN license required).No prior experience necessary; preferred candidates may have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and two years of experience.Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills.
