RN - Medical/Surgical - Full Time

Position Overview Provides patient-centered care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Coordinates patient care across departments, upholds patient rights, and maintains confidentiality, all aligned with organizational mission and standards. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN). Current RN license in the state or compact licensure, meeting all licensing requirements. BLS certification through the American Heart Association or completed within 30 days of hire. Additional certifications may be required based on unit or role, such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, C-EFM, or other unit-specific credentials. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs regularly. Prolonged standing and walking during shifts. Capable of gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting to perform duties.
