CHI Williston Health, now part of CommonSpirit Health, operates a Critical Access Hospital where you will gain experience in the emergency department, acute care (Med/Surg), swing bed, surgery, outpatient treatment, and more.

Responsibilities

• Performs triage by assessing patient’s health and continuously monitor; detect changes in symptoms, health or pain, and take action as necessary; and quickly and accurately assess patient care needs
• Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol
• Sets priorities in plan of care based on assessed needs and anticipates personnel, supplies, and equipment required to care for patients based on assessed needs
• Works collaboratively with provider to provide exceptional care
• Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures
• Provides patient and family education

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse license (ND)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months

Qualifications

• Medical‑Surgical Unit and/or Long‑Term Care RN experience (preferred)

Pay

Pay range: $35.62 – $52.99 per hour. Eligible new hires receive a $20,000 sign‑on incentive.
