Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients' well-being and recovery. You will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, make critical assessments, perform skilled procedures, and implement patient care plans. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.
- Leverage assessment skills, critical thinking, and a patient-first mindset to contribute to patient recovery and career advancement.
- Follow the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Implement and modify care plans based on assessment data, clinical reasoning, and evidence-based practice.
- Accountable for the care provided, ensuring compliance with professional and legal standards for delegation.
- Evaluate progress towards healthcare consumer goals and revise care plans as necessary.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of an RN nursing program
- Registered Nurse (RN) license upon hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - CPR certification upon hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 5 months

Pay Range
$36.00 - $52.20 /hour
