Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients' well-being and recovery. You will assess patients, develop care plans, implement interventions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive assessment of a patient through data collection, analysis, and synthesis to establish a health status baseline and plan of care.
• Collaborate with the health care team to develop and coordinate a plan of care.
• Develop nursing interventions for the patient’s plan of care.
• Implement interventions delegated, ordered, or prescribed by a licensed health care provider.
• Delegate nursing tasks or assign nursing activities to implement the plan of care.
• Provide safe and effective nursing care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited professional nursing education program.
• Registered Nurse license from the state of Minnesota.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
