Location: Naperville, IL
Hours: 36 hours/week, night shifts from 7:00pm to 7:30am, with rotating weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care following state regulations and hospital policies
- Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations
- Delegate tasks appropriately
- Collaborate with team members to achieve unit goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing preferred
- Minimum of 2 years critical care RN experience
- Current Illinois RN licensure
- CPR certification
- ACLS within six months of start date
