About the role
Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations in the ICU.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of practice
- Take responsibility and accountability for nursing care outcomes
- Supervise and guide unlicensed nursing personnel in patient care delivery
- Contribute to safety, quality patient experiences, and positive outcomes
Qualifications & Skills
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in IL required
- BSN degree preferred
- BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Providers required
- Minimum 1-year hospital nursing experience preferred
Schedule
- Full-time position with night shifts (7pm-7:30am) and rotating weekends
Pay
- Hourly pay range: $36.00 - $55.80, based on experience
