RN - Medical ICU - Nights

Position: RN - Medical ICU Location: Naperville, IL Hours: Full-time, 36 hours/week, night shifts from 7:00pm to 7:30am with rotating weekends and holidays Responsibilities Provide professional nursing care following state regulations and hospital policiesAssess patient conditions, recognize changes, and plan and evaluate care accordinglyMonitor patient progress and record observationsDelegate appropriate tasks to team membersCollaborate effectively within a healthcare team to meet unit goals Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing (preferred)Minimum of 2 years of RN critical care experienceCurrent Illinois RN licensureCPR certification (American Heart Association BLS)ACLS certification within six months of employment Key attributes: Critical thinking, patient assessment, teamwork, and delegation skills
