RN - Medical ICU, providing critical care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional nursing care following state regulations and hospital policies.
- Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately.
- Delegate appropriate tasks to team members and collaborate to achieve unit goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing; 2+ years of critical care RN experience preferred.
- Current Illinois RN license and CPR certification; ACLS within six months of hire.
- Critical thinking skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Schedule
- Full-time position with night shifts, rotating weekends and holidays.
