RN - Medical ICU - Nights

Role: RN - Medical ICU, providing critical care in a hospital setting. Responsibilities Deliver professional nursing care following state regulations and hospital policies.Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan, implement, and evaluate care.Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately.Delegate appropriate tasks to team members and collaborate to achieve unit goals. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing; 2+ years of critical care RN experience preferred.Current Illinois RN license and CPR certification; ACLS within six months of hire.Critical thinking skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
