About the Role

The Staff Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. The role emphasizes professional growth, accountability, and adherence to organizational standards to deliver patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standards of nursing practice.
• Coordinate patient care activities.
• Ensure the delivery of quality nursing services within organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• No experience required; new graduates are eligible.
• Hospital experience preferred; at least 1 year of experience required for PRN roles.
• Valid Georgia RN license or multistate license (NLC/eNLC).
• Current BCLS certification.
• Advanced specialty certifications are a plus.
