About the role

Responsible for providing patient care using the nursing process, evaluating care effectiveness, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care
• Assess patient needs
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards and values
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN licensure in Missouri or compact license
• BLS certification

Skills & Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Perform physical movements like reaching and bending as needed for nursing duties
• Preferred additional certifications and specialty experience
