Responsibilities
- Performing accurate patient assessments
- Administering prescribed medications
- Providing age-appropriate care and patient education
- Collaborating with team members and assisting with physician procedures
- Addressing psychosocial needs and coordinating post-discharge support
- Utilizing cost-effective practices and promoting patient safety
- Prioritizing care and engaging in lifelong professional learning
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire
- Computer literacy
- Preferred certifications include ACLS/PALS
