RN- Med Surg Float Pool 36 hours nights

About the role

Night shift position (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 36 hours per week. $5,000 sign‑on bonus for nurses with one or more years of experience (current WDH/MGB employees not eligible). Salary range $38.71–$67.87 per hour; pay is based on experience.

Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessing patients’ clinical needs and nursing care requirements, ensuring safe and competent nursing care, providing individualized patient care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients. This position requires direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient reports and records.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects.
• Record patients’ medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, document, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans based on patients’ responses to treatment and changes
