Responsibilities

• Participate in the nursing process to assess, analyze, and implement patient care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality and continuity of care.
• Provide patient education and support.
• Assist in unit-based quality assurance studies and meetings.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Assist in managing supplies and addressing care issues related to patient procedures.
• Perform duties in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Recent acute Medical/Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience preferred.
• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Basic Life Support certification by the American Heart Association.

Pay

$36.00 - $90.14 per hour, with potential for additional compensation.
