RN - Med/Surg Float Pool - 36 Hour Night Shift - WDH
Job Summary
$5,000 Sign on Bonus Available for Full time and Part time positions (per diem positions NOT eligible, current WDH RN's NOT eligible)
Essential Functions
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and assist in treatments and procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-care instructions.
- Uphold infection control measures to ensure a safe clinical environment.
- Respond efficiently and effectively to emergent situations, demonstrating sound judgment and critical thinking skills.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
- Experience: Hospital or managed care experience 0-1 year preferred
- Licenses and Credentials: Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - Generic - HR Only required Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - Data Conversion - Various Issuers required
