Role Overview Provides direct and indirect patient care in various healthcare settings, ensuring high-quality services through critical thinking, nursing processes, and compassionate practice. Collaborates with physicians, leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes while respecting patient autonomy, dignity, and rights. Key Responsibilities Accurately assesses patients based on their medical conditions.Administers prescribed medications and performs treatments using nursing knowledge and technical skills.Develops and evaluates patient and family education plans, including psychosocial needs, in coordination with social services.Prioritizes patient care efficiently, promoting safety and minimizing risks.Demonstrates cost-effective practices and resource management.Assists with procedures and supports multidisciplinary communication.Engages in lifelong learning to stay current in nursing practices. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program.RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire; ACLS/PALS preferred.Computer literacy required; additional certifications are advantageous.
