About the role
The RN Manager or OI is responsible for overseeing the nursing staff in a healthcare setting, ensuring patient care quality and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure patient safety and quality of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and regulations
- Manage staffing levels and resources effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current RN license in Minnesota
- At least 5 years of nursing management experience
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
