RN Manager Operating Room

Responsibilities

• Manage nursing operations across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative areas
• Develop and enforce protocols and practices to meet healthcare standards and regulations
• Plan and manage capital and operational budgets to meet financial targets
• Identify and implement best practices to standardize workflows and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance service delivery

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
• California RN license is required; CNOR and robotic certifications are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years recent relevant experience, with 2 years in leadership/management preferred
• Experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and robotic surgery is preferred
• Strong understanding of operational requirements and workflow impact on patient care
