RN Manager - Long Term Care
About the Role
We are currently seeking to hire an experienced LTC/Geriatric nurse who has experience working at a skilled nursing facility. Your experience, knowledge, and wisdom will help align with our mission of exemplary resident care. As an RN Nurse Manager you are part of our leadership team at The Mount. This is an outstanding opportunity to work for a nonprofit organization that prioritizes adequate staffing and exemplary patient care —not just the bottom line.
You are part of the leadership team and will have responsibility, authority, and 24-hour accountability for the management of our residents/patients and all employees assigned to your units. You will be mentoring, teaching, and following up with staff to validate care processes that are being followed. We have great staffing and have designed this position so that you do not participate in admissions or care conferences.
This would be a great transition for a DNS in a SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) who is looking for more work life balance with an excellent work environment and compensation. We are a non-profit and have many resources for our residents, families and staff.
