Role Overview This position collaborates with the Director of Nursing and multidisciplinary team to deliver elder-centered, compassionate care aligned with Eden Philosophy and standards of practice. It ensures operational efficiency, quality improvement, and infection control within a long-term care setting, contributing to regulatory compliance and organizational excellence. The role serves on the hospital executive team, supporting patient-focused, whole-person care. Responsibilities Providing ethical, elder-centered care in collaboration with team membersManaging operational aspects and ensuring quality and infection control standardsParticipating in regulatory compliance and organizational initiativesContributing to a culture of mutual respect and continuous improvement Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse license in Alaska and graduation from an accredited nursing programMinimum of 3 years RN experience, including 1 year in long-term careCurrent BLS certificationPreferred: Bachelor's degree in health sciences, experience in program management, human resources, healthcare training, quality improvement, or infection control Key Attributes Strong collaborative and ethical approach to elder careOperational management and regulatory compliance skillsCommitment to quality improvement and infection controlEffective communication and leadership abilities
