RN Manager - Long Term Care

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to collaborate with the healthcare team in delivering elder-centered, compassionate, and ethical care following standards of practice and Eden Philosophy principles. The role involves ensuring smooth operational management, quality improvement, infection control, and regulatory compliance within a Long Term Care setting. Responsibilities include serving on the hospital executive team and supporting operational excellence. Provide patient-focused, whole-person care in a multidisciplinary environment.Support quality improvement initiatives and infection control measures.Participate in regulatory compliance and operational leadership.Collaborate with team members to ensure ethical and compassionate care delivery. Qualifications Include Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a valid Alaska RN license.Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.At least 3 years of nursing experience and 1 year in long-term care or related fields. Preferred Skills And Experience Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related field.Management, program oversight, or healthcare training experience.Knowledge of quality improvement and infection control practices.
