Responsibilities
- Lead Labor & Delivery nursing unit operations
- Supervise RN staff and clinical workflows
- Ensure patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance
- Conduct staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with physicians and leadership teams
- Drive quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives
- Oversee training, education, and staff development
- Manage unit performance metrics and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Active California RN License
- BLS Certification
- NRP Certification
- EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) certification required
- Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN required or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 10 years leadership experience in L&D
- Strong Labor & Delivery clinical background
- Acute care hospital experience

Benefits

- $104 – $106/hr
- Weekly Pay (40 hrs): $4,160 – $4,240/week
