Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing required; Master's preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
• Minimum of five years' clinical experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Certifications in BLS and NRP or ARC-NALS required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgment skills essential.
