Our nurses describe working for Restore as “the most fun you can have at a nursing job while still helping people in a meaningful way.” As a Lead Nurse you will take an active role in assisting individuals on their health and wellness journey and leading a team of nurses to support the Restore mission.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Restore Nurses: conduct monthly chart audits, host regular meetings, and train all new RN hires at your location.
• Conduct in‑person interviews for nurse candidates and partner with the General Manager to onboard new hires.
• Manage schedules of part‑time nurses and ensure a Restore Nurse is on‑call during all medical operating hours.
• Take disciplinary action when needed and act as a liaison between corporate and the location for policy updates.
• Evaluate nursing staff regularly to maintain high‑quality skill levels and best practices.
• Oversee store nursing operations, processes, and procedures; perform personnel performance evaluations and counseling.
• Administer IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections, educate clients on their benefits, and manage Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions.
• Utilize blood‑test offerings to help clients optimize wellness and manage medical supply inventory and ordering.
• Promote memberships and medical services based on client needs; document client visits via electronic medical records.
• Provide therapeutic communication and exceptional customer service; answer client questions using the Restore Nursing Reference Guide under supervision of the Medical Director and Advanced Practice Providers.
• Communicate any adverse effects or compliance issues to the medical compliance team.
• Participate in community outreach, off‑site nursing events, and special projects; report to the Restore General Manager.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by designing and implementing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Represent the brand by embodying Restore’s core values and fostering a fun, engaging store culture where every team member feels valued and recognized.
• Collaborate with management and nursing teams to promote teamwork and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Minimum two years of experience in an acute‑care setting (ER, ICU, Med‑Surg, or similar).
• Leadership or management experience.
• At least one year of experience administering injections.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records for client documentation.
• Non‑judgmental outlook and ability to work with a diverse clientele.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to ethics, integrity, and medical compliance.
• Ability to thrive in both team environments and independent work settings.

Pay

Competitive salary starting at $38 per hour, with target compensation after monthly bonuses ranging from $40.00 to $45.00+ per hour. Includes uncapped monthly medical sales bonus and uncapped monthly membership sales bonus.
