About the Role

Restore is seeking an outgoing, experienced Lead Nurse to join a team of wellness professionals dedicated to helping people feel better and enjoy life more fully. This role moves away from the high‑stress environment of traditional clinics or ERs and focuses on innovative wellness services in a fun, comfortable setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Restore Nurses: conduct monthly chart audits, host regular meetings, train all new RN hires, and conduct in‑person interviews for nurse candidates.
• Partner with the General Manager to onboard new hires, manage part‑time nurse schedules, and ensure a nurse is on‑call during all operating hours.
• Take disciplinary action when needed, disseminate policy updates, and act as a liaison between corporate and the location.
• Evaluate nursing staff regularly to maintain high‑quality skill levels and best practices; perform performance evaluations and counseling.
• Oversee store nursing operations, processes, and procedures; facilitate ongoing training and orientation of new employees.
• Communicate safe practice standards and staffing ratios to management/ownership.
• Attend corporate‑led monthly nursing calls and stay current on clinical protocols.
• Administer IV Drip Therapy, Intramuscular Injections, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions; educate clients on their benefits.
• Utilize blood‑test offerings to help clients optimize wellness and manage medical‑supply inventory and ordering.
• Promote memberships and medical services based on client needs; document client visits in electronic medical records.
• Answer client questions using the Restore Nursing Reference Guide under supervision of the Medical Director and Advanced Practice Providers.
• Report adverse effects or compliance issues to the medical compliance team.
• Provide therapeutic communication and exceptional customer service; assist staff with store services.
• Participate in community outreach, off‑site nursing events, and special projects.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment by designing and implementing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Represent the brand by embodying Restore’s core values and fostering a fun, engaging store culture where every team member feels valued and recognized.
• Collaborate with management and nursing teams to promote teamwork and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum two years of experience in an acute‑care setting (ER, ICU, Med‑Surg, or similar).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Leadership or management experience.
• At least one year of experience administering injections.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records for client documentation.
• Non‑judgmental outlook with the ability to work with a diverse clientele.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to ethics, integrity, and medical compliance.
• Ability to thrive in both team environments and independent work settings.

Pay

Competitive salary starting at $38 per hour, with target compensation after monthly bonuses ranging from $40.00 to $45.00+ per hour. Includes uncapped monthly Medical Sales Bonus and uncapped monthly Membership Sales Bonus.
