About the role
The Clinical Operations Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of nursing departments. The Manager provides direct supervision of the nursing supervisors, float pools, and other departments. The manager ensures appropriate resource allocation by providing oversight of the central resource pool(s). The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of organizational objectives. The Manager may assume additional responsibilities and duties as assigned, depending on organizational needs.
