Role Overview The Manager of Operations oversees the planning, organization, and management of healthcare operations in collaboration with the Executive Director. This role provides direct supervision of administrative support services and manages clinics, ensuring smooth daily functions. The position reports directly to the Executive Director and requires clinical and administrative leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Supervise operational functions and administrative support services.Manage clinic operations to ensure efficiency and quality care.Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies.Foster a patient-centered, inclusive environment aligned with organizational values. Qualifications & Skills California Registered Nurse License upon hire.Management or supervisory experience in healthcare.2+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field.
