RN Manager, Case Management Services

About the role

The role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with all regulations and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the procurement and distribution of medications
• Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability
• Handle patient inquiries and provide medication counseling
• Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical standards and guidelines
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Current license to practice pharmacy in your state
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a pharmacy setting
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pharmaceuticals and drug interactions
• Experience with pharmacy management software
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of HIPAA and other healthcare regulations
